Propfolio is the software that routes your USDG to real-estate tokens. The tokens, and the portfolios behind them, come from these providers. Descriptions below are provider information, summarised from each provider's own website.

RAAC

Issues the token and manages the real-estate portfolio behind an Propfolio investment.

RAAC tokenizes real-world assets. Its iREET is a vault token backed by income-producing U.S. residential properties that are tokenized as NFTs and held on-chain. Propfolio's US Real Estate product gives you exposure to that portfolio.

Oceanpoint

A protocol whose token Propfolio plans to route to.

Oceanpoint describes itself as a liquidity engine for tokenized real estate, powered by Blocksquare. POINT is its liquidity token, intended to let holders move between property tokens and stablecoins.
