Safety and refunds

You stay in control

• Propfolio never asks for your seed phrase or private key.
• You approve only the exact amount you're investing, never an unlimited allowance.
• Propfolio checks the prepared transactions against verified contracts before asking your wallet to sign.
• iREET is delivered to the same wallet you invest from.

All or nothing

Each investment executes as a single step on the destination network: either you receive at least the minimum iREET shown in your quote, or nothing happens there at all. Your USDG can't get stuck halfway.

Refunds

If an investment can't be completed, you'll see:

• Investment was not completed.
• Your USDG is being returned to your wallet. (Refund pending)
• USDG returned.

Refunds happen automatically once the deposit window closes, and arrive as USDG on Robinhood Chain. This can take a few hours. No Propfolio fee is charged on a refunded investment.

Automatic safeguards

Propfolio continuously checks the contracts it routes through. If anything changes unexpectedly, new investments pause automatically until it has been reviewed. Investments already under way are tracked until they complete or are refunded.
