How Propfolio works
Propfolio lets you put USDG from your wallet into real-estate exposure, starting from $10. You stay in control of your funds at every step.
What you're investing in
US Real Estate gives you exposure to a portfolio of rented single-family homes across the United States, managed by RAAC. You receive iREET, the token RAAC issues for that portfolio, in your own wallet.
You don't own a specific house. You hold a token whose value reflects the portfolio as a whole. You can browse every home in it on the Properties page, along with the rents and valuations RAAC reports.
How investing works
- Connect a wallet that holds USDG on Robinhood Chain, plus a little ETH for network fees.
- Sign in with a free signature. It proves you own the wallet; it is not a transaction.
- Enter an amount. You see a live quote with the Propfolio fee, network costs and the estimated iREET you'll receive.
- Confirm in your wallet: first an approval for exactly your investment amount, then the investment itself.
- Follow the progress. Most investments complete in minutes, and iREET arrives in the same wallet.
If something goes wrong
An investment either completes in full or not at all. If it can't complete — for example, if prices move beyond the limit in your quote — your USDG is returned to your wallet on Robinhood Chain automatically. The Propfolio fee is only charged when an investment completes. More on safety and refunds.
Value and selling
Your portfolio shows two numbers. Market value is what your iREET would sell for on-chain right now. Reported NAV is the value RAAC reports for the underlying portfolio; it is dated and can differ from the market.
Selling through Propfolio is coming soon. Your iREET is always in your own wallet.
Risks
- Real-estate token values can go down as well as up.
- Market liquidity for iREET is limited, so large amounts can move the price.
- Your investment depends on RAAC, the smart contracts involved and the networks used to reach them.
- Nothing on Propfolio is investment advice.
