The Propfolio fee

Propfolio charges 0.5% of the amount you invest. It is taken only when the investment completes. If your investment is refunded, no Propfolio fee is charged.

Network and execution costs

Moving your USDG from Robinhood Chain and acquiring iREET costs money that goes to networks and markets, not to Propfolio. These costs include bridging, Ethereum transaction fees and market pricing. Much of this is a similar dollar amount whatever you invest, so it is a larger percentage of small investments.

Estimated acquisition cost

This is the total difference between what you put in and the market value of the iREET you're expected to receive, including the Propfolio fee. We show it as a percentage so you can compare amounts:

• Below 5%: shown normally.
• 5–10%: a note that network costs are elevated for this amount.
• Above 10%: a clear warning. You can still continue.

Recommended amount right now

Because network costs change through the day, Propfolio shows the smallest amount that currently keeps estimated costs under 5%. It's a guide, not a rule — the minimum investment is always $10.

Other costs

You also pay a small Robinhood Chain network fee in ETH for the approval and the investment transaction. Your wallet shows it before you confirm.
